Citizen’s Village Library (CVL) is a community-based organization, with a global footprint, registered in 2007 with a mission to “inform, build and support women and girls, – not as mere-targets; but part of the action-force – to raise their voices and control power responses about their needs and rights”.
We focus on four rights themes: information, sexual health, democratic and food/economic rights. We believe right to information, sexual health rights, exclusion and poverty all have a female face – they need an intervention. read more Read More
