Core Values and Principles

1. We are sorry: We feel very bad about the degrading situations that women and girls find themselves in. In this way, we are inspired to offer voluntary services in the spirit of unselfish concern for the welfare of fellow women.
2. We are simple: Putting together a simple operation that runs as an efficient business with clear and easy to use approaches and procedures.
help3. We are small: Small is beautiful, but with crazy and innovative ideas – thinking globally and acting locally.
4. We are strong: Bold and confident about ourselves and our capabilities to stand up for rural women/girls rights; and allowing the women to exercise their rights correctly and professionally.
5. We are serious: Place ourselves competitively and firmly for the challenge; and connect women, girls, professionals to creative, innovative skills and ideas.
